Every week my student's write a letter to one student (the Star Student for the week). Here's one of my recent favorites from a boy in the class:
Dear ____:
You are a good girl. I think about you as a good friend. I hope you have lots of friends. I hope you get taller when you get older. You are a silly, funny and creative girl. You are a cool cat. You are also a fun girl. You ask a lot of questions.
